Forgiveness has more to do with you than it does the person you’re forgiving. Forgiveness sets you free. Forgiveness brings healing and cleansing to your heart. And the great thing about forgiveness is you don’t need anyone’s permission, you don’t need them to change, you don’t have to wait. You can just forgive them.
“And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32
