In Judges chapter 16, verse 20 Samspson said “… I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that the LORD was departed from him.”
Samson strength was supernatural. There’s no way around it. We can be certain of this because when he broke his vow to God, he lost it. He didn’t lose his strength because he quit working out, wasn’t drinking his protein powder, or forgot to take his daily dose of creatine. It was disobedience. Which shows us the source of his strength was obedience to the Lord and the vow he had from his youth.
